How We Support Our Clients
We appreciate
that the most important learning for our program
participants takes place AFTER the Workshop ends and the
client work begins. We also know that the most successful
practitioners develop their skills more deeply over time.
We will be with you all the way. Here is what our Support
Program contains:
1. Post-Workshop
Review - review
workshop concepts and materials, answer questions, clarify
concepts, discuss how to pre-analyze clients.
2. Client Review
Sessions - an opportunity
to review a client business before the first web
optimization visit. Includes a client overview analysis and
a list of key points to discuss with client.
3. Telephone
Support - telephone
support to discuss client situations, answer technical
questions, or help develop client recommendations and
solutions.
4. Client
Services - at your or
your client's request, we will develop basic reports,
including a Keyword Analysis and/or a full Opportunity
Analysis.
5.
Webinars - Program
participants can opt to participate in monthly Webinars,
which will give deeper instruction on key topics of Web
Optimization and Web Marketing.
Some parts of our support program are free; others are
available on a fee basis. Every organization's needs will
differ about the best combination of support. We will work
with you to customize a program that meets your support
needs and your budget constraints.
